We collect information you provide, information we generate about your use of the Services, and limited information from third parties you authorize.

• Identifiers you provideName, email address, phone number, and mailing state or ZIP submitted when you request your Annuity Position Score, contact a specialist, or subscribe to communications.
• Annuity review inputsAnswers to the assessment: contract type, cost band, surrender status, rider posture, credited-rate posture, income timing, and account type. The assessment does not require a policy number or account number to begin.
• Communications you sendMessages, questions, and any documents you voluntarily share with a licensed specialist after you engage one.
• Derived diagnosticsYour Annuity Position Score, five-pillar sub-scores, band, and plain-English observations produced by the deterministic scoring model.
• Usage and device dataIP address, device and browser data, referring URL, pages viewed, and interaction events collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• Deliver and improve the Services, including the assessment, the Annuity Position Score, and any specialist introduction you request.
• Match you with a licensed annuity professional in your state when you request a review.
• Communicate with you about your inquiry, your score, and related educational content — by email, phone call, and SMS/text where you have consented (see Section 05).
• Secure the Services, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with applicable law, regulator inquiries, and legitimate legal process.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. Any AI system used in the Services (including Sage) processes your inputs solely to produce your own report and is not used to train third-party foundation models on identifiable data.

• Licensed specialistsWhen you request a review, we introduce you to a licensed annuity professional and share the information necessary for that professional to evaluate your position. You may decline the introduction.
• Service providersVetted vendors that host the Services, deliver email and SMS, run analytics, and provide security tooling. They are bound by contract to process personal information only on our instructions.
• Legal, safety, and complianceRegulators, courts, and law enforcement when we are legally required or when disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, or enforce our Terms.
• Business transfersIn connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganization, subject to the protections in this Policy.

When you submit the assessment gate or the contact form, you consent to be contacted by Annuity Score One and, at your request, by an introduced licensed specialist about your inquiry, including by email, phone call, and SMS/text messages, at the numbers and addresses you provide, using automated technology where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any product. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

We retain personal information for as long as we maintain an active relationship with you, for the period needed to satisfy our legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes. Assessment inputs and derived scores are typically retained for up to seven (7) years to support recordkeeping obligations of the licensed specialists who review them. You can request earlier deletion as described in Section 07, subject to legal holds.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights, and residents of the EEA and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@omniacap.ai from the address associated with your inquiry or write to us at the address in Section 11. We will verify your identity before acting on any request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices for the licensed specialists who review inputs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post any material changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek your consent.
